I showed up just after 11:00 am and Rachel was available as soon as I walked in. I asked for suggestions for a hair style and she explained her ideas, which I liked. After wetting my hair (I had just washed it that morning) she started cutting. Rachel was very personable. After cutting my hair she styled it, explaining the products she was using. I was finished by 11:45 am. It was a little busy at the front counter when I went up to pay, but everything went smoothly once I was helped. I made another appointment for six weeks later with Rachel. I tipped Rachel and was on my way. I really like the cut and the style; overall my trip to Jon Tomas was a good experience. "
